    The number of inspections depends on the size and type of your project. Typically, inspections are required at key stages, including: Foundations: To check the depth and structure before concrete is poured. Damp-Proof Course (DPC): To inspect the damp-proofing layer once the foundation work is complete. Drainage: To ensure proper installation and compliance with regulations. Structural Framework: For inspections of load-bearing walls, beams, and other structural components. Insulation and Fire Safety: Inspection of insulation and fire safety measures before walls are closed. Final Completion: A thorough final inspection to confirm all regulations are met and issue a completion certificate. We’ll provide a detailed inspection schedule tailored to your project at the start, and our team will guide you through each step to ensure compliance.
